Eleven (11) video tapes |
Contents of all labeled tapes were as
labeled. Unlabeled tapes contained various television shows. Forty-four
(44) full and partial fingerprints on tapes were identified as belonging
to Dana Pomeroy. No usable fingerprints that could not be identified
were found. |
001524-072: One (1) book |
No handwritten notes were found written
inside the book on its pages. No inserted pieces of paper or other
items were found between pages. No dog-eared pages or other types
of bookmarks were found. Nineteen (19) full and partial fingerprints
on the interior and exterior of the book were identified as belonging
to Dana Pomeroy. No usable fingerprints that could not be identified
were found. |
001524-073: One (1) photo album |
The photo album contained two hundred
twenty-seven (227) photographs. No persons of relevance to this
investigation, other than Dana Pomeroy, were pictured. Fifty-eight
(58) full and partial fingerprints on the interior and exterior
of the photo album and on the photographs were identified as belonging
to Dana Pomeroy. Eleven (11) additional fingerprints could not be
identified. |
001524-074: One (1) Good Graces
brochure |
Brochure was printed using four-color
process on 70# glossy stock. Printed text included information about
the classes available at Good Graces as well as general information
about the company. Ten (10) full and partial fingerprints on the
brochure were identified as belonging to Dana Pomeroy, Kay Ramsey
and Natasha Van Moore. No usable fingerprints that could not be
identified were found. |
001524-075: One (1) 5 lb. bag flour
001524-076: One (1) 16 oz. box baking soda
001524-077: One (1) 2 oz. canister artificial sweetener |
Tests for arsenic were negative for
each evidence item taken from Dana Pomeroy's kitchen. Contents of
each were consistent with labeling. Thirty-three (33) full and partial
fingerprints on these items were identified as belonging to Dana
Pomeroy. Fourteen (14) additional fingerprints could not be identified. |
01524-078: One (1) metal cash
box with combination lock |
The metal box is typical of cash boxes.
Its color is identified by the manufacturer as sand. Its dimensions
are 11 1/4" H x 7 1/2" W x 3 1/8" D. Forty-one (41)
full and partial fingerprints on the interior and exterior of the
box were identified as belonging to Dana Pomeroy. No usable fingerprints
that could not be identified were found. |

One (1) key
|
This key has been traced to a secure storage cabinet #126 in
one of the labs in Faser Hall on the University of Mississippi
campus. No usable fingerprints were found on the key.

001524-078-02: One (1) envelope containing
fifty (50) $100 bills |
The standard No.10 envelope is of 20#
stock with single color printing of the return address. Eighty-six
(86) full and partial fingerprints on the envelope and bills were
identified as belonging to Billie Jasper, Dana Pomeroy and Natasha
Van Moore. Thirty-seven (37) additional fingerprints could not be
identified. |

$100 bills |
One hundred thirty-one (131) full and
partial fingerprints on the bills were identified as belonging to
Billie Jasper, Dana Pomeroy, Kay Ramsey and Natasha Van Moore. Seventy-nine
(79) additional fingerprints could not be identified. |

Three (3) file folders, red |
Documents were consistent with standard
Cupid's Couples paperwork. One hundred eighteen (118) full and partial
fingerprints on the interior and exterior of the file folders and
on the documents were identified as belonging to Marylee Clark,
Leanne Hammond, Corinna Morgan, Dana Pomeroy, Tamee Reynolds, Trudi
Rose, and Bryan Thomas. Seventeen (17) additional fingerprints could
not be identified. |

Tests for arsenic were negative. Contents
were consistent with labeling. Thirteen (13) full and partial fingerprints
