Taylor and Crystal M. Taylor on or about the date of offense February 2, 1998 in the City of Oxford County of Yoknapatawpha. Herein fail not.

Personally appeared before me the undersigned Prosecutor, Merle S. Pittman, Esq., who on oath says that to the best of his knowledge and belief, the above listed accused, between the hours of 3:30 a.m. on February 2, 1998 and 3:30 a.m. on February 3, 1998 did commit the offense of MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE, Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi against Dale J. Taylor and Crystal M. Taylor, victims, and against the laws of the State of Mississippi.

Prosecutor makes this Affidavit in order that a criminal warrant may issue for Accused's arrest.

Personally appeared before me Detective Terrence Nelson, the undersigned officer in and for said County, who on oath states that to the best of his knowledge and belief, a crime has been committed in the State of Mississippi, and County of Yoknapatawpha, and the above named accused defendant has been charged in such State and County with the commission of such crime, and that the accused has fled from justice, and is believed to be in the State of Mississippi, you are therefore commanded to arrest the body of the said accused and bring him before me, or some other judicial officer of this State, to be dealt with as the law directs. Herein fail not.

Said crime having been committed on or about February 2, 1998 and this deponent makes this affidavit that a Warrant be issued for his arrest as a fugitive from justice.
