To Detective Sam Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.

Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Sam Murphy

who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

118C Warren Street which is a one-bedroom basement apartment with private entrance, leased to and occupied by Nathaniel Harrison Nelson; a white 2004 Lexus SC convertible automobile, Mississippi license tag # PWL 731, leased to Nathaniel Harrison Nelson;

in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

men's blue shirt or blue button-down shirt; men's khaki trousers; baseball cap with Greek letters; dark blue or black duffle or "gym" bag; lengths of fabric or like items times consistent with a soft ligature; Trojan brand lubricated latex condoms; queen size bed linens including bed sheets, bedspreads, and standard size pillowcases; photographs depicting Kristi Waterson; documents regarding Kristi Waterson;

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before June 27, 2004 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
