To Detective Sam Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.
Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Sam Murphy
who has reason to believe that on the premises known as
400 N Lamar which is a business known as the Best Western Downtown Oxford Inn & Suites;
in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely
Employee time cards and all related documents for the
month of May 2004; personnel files and all related documents for individuals
working or present at said location on or about May 5, 2004, May 7, 2004, May
12, 2004, and May 18, 2004; telephone logs, records, and related documents for
above dates; guest registries and all related documents for the month of May
2004;
and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).
YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before
July 28, 2004 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
