Items obtained from the search of the residence and vehicle of
Weldon Foyle were examined using an alternate light source for the
presence of human biological evidence.
The items analyzed included:
- Item 001294-50 One (1) leather
"gym" bag, black
- Results: Found to contain possible biological
material in the interior of the bag. The stain was negative
for the presence of blood. Microscopic evaluation yielded
the presence of epidermal cells. The quality and quantity
of DNA present was sufficient, and the sample was submitted
for STR analysis.
- Item 001294-51 One (1) men's
cotton t-shirt, blue with dark-colored stains, size XL
- Results: No biological material discovered.
The following items were then analyzed and compared to known samples.

Item 001294-H008: Pubic hair with intact
follicle, recovered from Hunter Nelson's vehicle

Item 001294-50: black leather bag, recovered
from Weldon Foyle's residence
Samples were analyzed using the AmpFlSTR® SGM Plus™ kit.
