Evidence: Consent to Search, victim's office

The following Voluntary Consent to Search form was signed by John Brewer during his May 27, 2004 interview. The consent granted the detectives access to Kristi Waterson's office and gave consent for them to search the office and collect any items they deemed relevant to the investigation.

VOLUNTARY CONSENT TO SEARCH
I, John Anthony Brewer, do hereby, freely, voluntarily and without threats, pressure or coercion of any kind, consent to a warrantless search of my employee, Kristal B. Waterson's office, by officers of the Yoknapatawpha County Sheriff's Department and individuals in their company. These officers are authorized by me to seize any items, materials or other property which they may deem to be of possible evidentiary value.

Office of Kristal "Kristi" Bentley Waterson at C-115 Bondurant Hall on the University of Mississippi campus. To include all storage areas within said office such as desks, shelving, file cabinets, storage cabinets and so on, as well as any computers or other electronic devices and any other areas within said office as YCSD officers deem necessary.
