YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED, To arrest the above-named Defendant and bring him forthwith before the nearest available magistrate or other Judicial Officer of this State, to answer an indictment brought by the prosecutor in the attached affidavit, charging him with an offense of felony murder in the first degree against the person of Kristal Bentley Waterson on or about May 23, 2004 in the City of Oxford County of Yoknapatawpha. Herein fail not.

Personally appeared before me the undersigned Prosecutor, Merle S. Pittman, Esq., who on oath says that to the best of his knowledge and belief, the above listed accused, between the hours of 7:30 and 9:30 P.M. on the 22nd of May, 2004 did commit the offense of Murder,  in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, against Kristal Bentley Waterson, victim, and against the laws of the State of Mississippi.

Prosecutor makes this Affidavit in order that a criminal warrant may issue for Accused's arrest.
