Inventory List

When he was arrested, Edward Arthur Pierce willingly surrendered his keys to the authorities. During a preliminary search of his home the following items were found:

• Diary
  Pierce's diary details the abduction of Ariadne Knight.
• Wood and building materials
  The grain of the wood in samples taken from Pierce's apartment matches that of the box in which the victim was buried.
• Carpentry Book
  The Carpenter's Manifesto : A Total Guide That Takes All the Mystery Out of Carpentry for Everybody, 1990.
• Snapshots of the victim in captivity
• Victim's University of Mississippi ID card
