B March 17, 1997 incident 26160 Goodnight Road, eye witness report of stranger dressed in "Goth" style costume. Time frame 7:00 pm - 11:30 pm. Report #1073986 YSDL, Detective T. Armstrong
C Time frame 3/21/97 9:00 pm through and including 3/22/97 10:00 am. Period during which Ms. Knight disappeared from 26160 Goodnight Road. Last seen 9:00 pm 3/21/97.
D Time frame 4/5/97 through 4/6/97. Ms. Knight appears to have intended to return to classes at the University on 4/7/97. The investigators believe that as of 4/7/97 her absence must be considered involuntary.
E April 14, 1997 from 6:00 am to 4:40 pm. On 4/14/97 a ransom note was received by Mrs. Judith Knight at her home in Mt. Home, Arkansas. Report taken by investigating officer Wayne Ford of the Mt. Home PD. Investigation shows that this 9 x 12 manila envelope was hand canceled at the Oxford post office with a morning stamp occurring between the hours of 6:00 am and 11:59 am on 4/14/97. The package was not delivered by the USPS, it appears to have been hand delivered to the Knight home prior to Mrs. Knight's 911 dispatch call at 4:40 pm. Mt. Home, AR PD report.
F May 1, 1997 from 5:00 pm through May 2, 1997 at 5:00 pm. Note and map sent to Detective Armstrong by abductor addressed to Sheriff's Department. This letter was deposited in an Oxford drop box between 5:00 pm May 1 and 5:00 pm May 2. All mail leaving this drop box in Oxford goes through the Memphis sorting facility and receives a special Memphis postmark. Only hand canceled items have an Oxford postmark.
G May 4, 1997 from 5:00 pm through May 5, 1997 at 5:00 pm. First Polaroid with Note sent to Detective Armstrong by abductor addressed to Sheriff's Department. This letter was deposited in an Oxford drop box during these hours and routed through Memphis.
H May 13, 1997 from 5:00 pm through May 14, 1997 at 5:00 pm. Second Polaroid sent to Detective Armstrong by abductor addressed to Sheriff's Department. "This letter was deposited in a Memphis drop box during these hours. It is a 75 minute drive each way.".
I June 2, 1997 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Witness Kevin Stark reports encounter between witness Dylan Tull and possible suspect at approximately 11:00 am in the 4th block of Fairlawn Drive. Report #1074523 YSDL, Detective T. Armstrong
J June 9, 1997 from 12:00 am through 11:59 am. Date of discovery of body and crime scene by Benjamin Archer. Report #1074589 YSDL, Detective T. Armstrong.
