E-Z Cash and Loan agrees to loan for a period of 90 days the loan amount indicated in exchange and consideration for merchandise collateral itemized in this agreement. If the merchandise is not claimed in 90 days with verified receipt and full payment of the loan made herein, E-Z Cash and Loan acquires full ownership rights in the property and may dispose of said property in any manner. The borrower has the right to pay in full the loan amount of this agreement at any time within the 90 day period from date of agreement and reclaim collateral merchandise.
