- Berry: There's a man down the street shooting
everything up. I've seen him fire a bunch of different
guns in the last five minutes.

- Police: Where are you located sir?

- Berry: On the strip. This is Tom Berry. I own
the Handy Nickel Thrift Store.

- Police: Is the suspect outside your store?

- Berry: No, no. He's in front of the Horseshoe
Casino. I think he's in a gun battle with the security
guys over there.

- Police: Sir, I want you to hold the line for a
few seconds.

- Berry: Maybe I should go out there-- I've got a
registered gun.

- Police: Tom, I have to ask you to remain inside.
Do not try to get involved. Let the police handle this. Do you
understand?

- Berry: Yes.

- Police: Officers have been dispatched to the
scene. We'll have an officer come by and get your
