Fingerprint analysis
 
Print #009866-0005 was obtained via black powder dusting and adhesive lifted. This print is a clear latent which matches that of Charles J. Lamar.
 
Print #009866-006 was obtained via fluorescent powder with ALS and adhesive lifted. This print is a clear latent which matches that of Charles J. Lamar.
 
Print # 009866-007 was obtained via fluorescent powder with ALS and adhesive lifted. This print does not contain sufficient points of matching for a definitive comparison.
 
Item # 009866-0001, prescription bottle was print tested and an index finger latent identified with positive match to Charles J. Lamar.
 
Item # 009866-0002, liquor bottle. No clear latent prints were identifiable.
 
Item # 009866-0004, desk blotter. This is a laminated foam backed heavy-grade patterned vinyl surface pad which produced no clear latent prints.
 
Item # 009866-0003, drinking glass, produced only partial thumb and mid finger prints with insufficient points for identification.
 
Substance analysis:
 
Item # 009866-0002, liquor bottle contained 3.6 fluid ounces. The bottle was tested for contents and additives of diazepam and/or other drugs or substances. Analysis showed the bottle to contain 86 proof alcohol (or 43% ethanol by volume) consistent with analysis of untainted Jack Daniels Black Label 86 proof, no additives were found.
 
Item # 009866-0003 contained no analyzable contents. No traces were found.
