Item # 1
Following second interview with Robert Price at Parchman Prison,
fingerprints of the victim in this case were submitted to AFIS for
verification of identification. AFIS results indicate fingerprints
are those of Darrell Beck, arrested on February 9, 1997 in Cheyenne,
Wyoming for public intoxication.
Further investigation to verify the true identity of the victim
is in progress.
Item # 2
Following second interview with Macy Lamar, who reported seeing
Helen Troy in a vehicle belonging to the Heartsong Collective,
Detectives Armstrong and Murphy visited said location. At the
Heartsong Collective in Holly Springs, Mississippi, R/Is did locate
Helen Troy and escorted her to the YCSD office for an interview. In
addition, the subject's belongings were secured. Subject Troy is believed to
have significant information relevant to this investigation.
Interview with subject is expected in the immediate future.
Investigation of YCSD Case # 002221-15H-2004 is active and
ongoing as of this date.
