SEARCH WARRANT

PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS to any sheriff, policeman or peace officer in the county of Baxter:

PROOF of affadavidit, having been made before me by Detective Daniel Anderson that there is probable cause to believe that the property described herein may be found at the locations set forth herein.

You are hereby COMMANDED TO SEARCH the premises located at and described as, 143 Lake View Drive, City of Mountain Home, County of Baxter, State of Arkansas. 143 Lake View Drive is described as being on the North side of Lake View Drive, approximately 20 yards from the intersection of
1 st and Lake View Drive. Further described a building painted light brown with yellow trim
and all rooms, attics, basements, storage rooms, garages, outbuildings, safes and trash containers.
and the person described as Purity Marie Knight, WFA approximately 5'8'', 110 lbs.

For the following property: items belonging to the deceased Valerie Vilson , including items bearing her signature, initials or marks., correspondence, letters, notes, faxes and electronic transmissions including e-mail and Uniform Resource Locator addresses from the Internet, diaries, journals, telephone records, bills, school records, medical records, medical billings, contracts, receipts, electronic storage medium, vehicles, addressed envelopes, photographs, video recordings, tape recordings, note and record any messages left on any telephone answering device or machine inside the location, or answer any telephone calls during the course of the search warrant being served,
and to SEIZE it if found and bring it forthwith before me, or this court, at the courthouse of this court.
